This page contains the Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions for the mobile games developed and published by Edward A. Sir ("I", "me", "my"), including Ultimate Car Driving Simulator, Ultimate Motorcycle Simulator, Truck Simulator: World, Bus Simulator: MAX, Speed Legends: Car Driving, Ultimate Offroad Simulator, and Flight Simulator: Plane Game (together, the "Games"), available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

Privacy Policy

The short version: my Games do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other information that identifies you personally, and I do not collect such information. The Games are free to play and are supported by advertising. Advertising partners (such as Google AdMob) automatically process certain device data — like your device's advertising identifier — solely to serve and measure ads. This data is used for advertising purposes, not to identify you as a person.

1. Information I Do Not Collect

The Games do not require an account and do not include registration. I do not collect, store, or process:

Your name, email address, phone number, or postal address
Your contacts, photos, files, or messages
Precise location (GPS) data
Payment card details (purchases are processed entirely by Google Play or the App Store)
Any other information that directly identifies you

2. Information Collected Automatically by Advertising & Analytics Partners

To keep the Games free, they display advertising. Advertising and analytics partners integrated in the Games may automatically collect certain technical data from your device:

Advertising identifiers — the resettable Google Advertising ID (Android) or IDFA (iOS, only with your permission via App Tracking Transparency)
Device information — device model, operating system version, language, screen size, mobile network / internet connection type
IP address — used to derive approximate (city-level) location and for fraud prevention
Ad interaction data — which ads were shown, viewed, or tapped
Gameplay and diagnostics data — session length, level progress events, crash logs, and performance data

This data is used for the following purposes only:

Serving ads and, where you have consented, personalizing them
Frequency capping (not showing you the same ad too often)
Measuring ad performance and paying ad networks
Detecting fraud and invalid traffic
Understanding aggregate gameplay statistics to improve the Games

3. Advertising Partners

Ads in the Games are served by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob and mediation partners. Each partner processes data under its own privacy policy:

The list of active partners can change between game updates; the authorized sellers of ad inventory are always listed in the app-ads.txt file on this website.

4. Your Choices and Controls

iOS — App Tracking Transparency: when a Game asks for tracking permission you can simply decline. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Android — Ads settings: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization in Settings > Google > Ads.
Consent management: where required by law (for example in the EEA and UK), the Games show a consent form before personalized ads are served. You can decline and still play with non-personalized ads.
Ad-free: where a Game offers an in-app purchase to remove ads, purchasing it stops ad serving in that Game.

5. Children

The Games are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where the Games are played by younger audiences, ads are served in accordance with the ad networks' family and child-safety policies. If you believe a child has provided personal information through one of the Games, please contact me and I will work with the relevant partners to delete it.

6. Data Retention and Security

I do not operate my own servers for the Games and do not store player data myself. Data collected by advertising and analytics partners is retained and secured under their published policies, which include technical and organizational safeguards. Game progress is stored locally on your device.

7. International Transfers

Advertising and analytics partners may process data on servers located in other countries, including the United States, using safeguards required by applicable law (such as standard contractual clauses).

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, delete, or object to the processing of data associated with your device. Because I do not hold data that identifies you, these requests are best directed to the advertising partners listed above, which offer their own privacy tools. You can also always reset your device's advertising identifier, which unlinks previously collected advertising data from your device. 9. Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when adding a new game or changing ad partners. The current version will always be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Terms & Conditions

By downloading or playing any of the Games you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Games.

1. License to Play

I grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Games on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment and non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded the Game from (Google Play or the Apple App Store).

2. Intellectual Property

The Games — including their code, graphics, vehicle models, sounds, music, logos, and names — are my property or licensed to me, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Games, and you may not decompile, reverse engineer, or extract assets from them, except where the law expressly permits it.

3. Fair Play

You agree not to:

Cheat, exploit bugs, or use hacks, mods, bots, or automation tools
Interfere with or disrupt the Games or the servers and networks of their service providers
Use the Games for any unlawful purpose

I may suspend or restrict access to online features of a Game if these rules are broken.

4. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

The Games may offer optional in-app purchases (for example in-game currency, vehicles, upgrades, or ad removal). All purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their payment terms — I never receive your payment details. Virtual items and currency:

Are licensed to you for use inside the Game, not sold — they have no real-world monetary value
Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the Game
May be adjusted, rebalanced, or discontinued as part of game updates

Refunds are handled under the applicable app store's refund policy.

5. Advertising

The Games are free to play and are supported by advertising served by third-party ad networks. The handling of data in connection with advertising is described in the Privacy Policy above. Ad content is provided by the ad networks, and I am not responsible for the products or services advertised.

6. Updates and Availability

I may update, change, or discontinue any Game or any part of a Game (including online features) at any time. Updates may be required to continue playing. The Games are provided free of charge, and I do not guarantee that any Game will remain available on any particular platform indefinitely.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. I do not warrant that the Games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, or virtual items, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Games. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid me through the relevant Game in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the Games. I may terminate the license in Section 1 if you materially breach these Terms. You can end the agreement at any time by uninstalling the Games.

10. Changes to These Terms

I may revise these Terms from time to time (for example when releasing a new game). The current version will always be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which I reside, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies.
